Rajnesh Agarwal - Chairman

		Mr. Rajnesh Agarwal, is an institution of inspiration and motivation for young entrepreneurs and engineers. With over 30 years in business he has a wide range of experience in sectors ranging from manufacturing, trading, distribution, logistics and engineering services. He played an active and important role in the Agarwal Group of Companies and propelled it to great heights. After a strategic divestment, Mr. Rajnesh Agarwal initiated a restructuring of the company in 2004 and it eventually returned to being a significant market player. He successfully partnered and established groups like Larsen & Toubro, Weir Minerals and Grundfos in and around the region of Goa.

		A young entrepreneur, whose foundation of business ethics and values along with management skills are his strength, Mudit Agarwal, is the Managing Director of Advaitaa Green Energy. After having graduated in Commerce, he completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship, from NMIMS University, a reputed business school in Mumbai, India. He successfully launched and re-structured his new company, Advaitaa Enterprises, which deals with supplies of capital equipment to big and small industrial houses, in and around Goa. Mudit is now looking to diversify into the green energy and waste management sector with Lyfpod. He shares a common vision of sustainable development, community empowerment and effective waste management, and stresses upon it as the need of the hour, given India's growing energy demands.
